We loved it! Every employee was kind and informative. The resort was clean and fun! If you are not ready to be surrounded by hyper kids this isn't for you. While yes it is a bit pricey we found over all the value was worth it. Hopefully they will start running some nice packages or discount days because it's truly a great experience.

We had a terrible experience with legoland hotel New York. We went to the park and planned to stay one night. We were housed in a room across from a utility house keeping linen closet and thought nothing of it. After a long day at the park we grabbed some food at the restaurant on premises with friends and upon returning to our room there was a terribly strong odor or marijuana that was coming from the linen room across the hall. We witnessed one employee come out of their smelling like marijuana with a spray bottle of some sort of liquid and watched them walk up and down the hall spraying the hallway with it. We tried to go to the front and speak with someone about it but there was no one around despite the valet folks that sent us back inside. I’m not sure if it was because they had a huge kids event going on that the employees were no where to be found or what. We returned to our room and the odor was so bad we were concerned our kids were going to be affected by it we made the conscious decision to eat the $500+ hotel room we paid for and drive home 2 hours at 11pm. We reached out to legoland hotel and made them aware of our concern via email that evening and gave them the opportunity to address our stay and poor experience. It’s been 2 weeks and they have yet to respond. Our case manager keeps directing us that he’s waiting for the hotel to respond and Every-time I follow up He has no resolve. Save your time and an awful lot of money and stay at one of the hotels in the area that are more reasonable and provide better customer service. I will never re visit Legoland or their hotels and plan to post this on various sites so families are aware of our poor experience and to beware.

Our family of 4 (kids 6 and 9) loved it. Friendly staff and super fun activities. We went durning Ninjago weekends . The kids loved the scavenger hunt and the ninja triangle school. Also the rides were perfect. Nothing too intense but still fun thrills for them. We will be back
