Today I rode 4hours on a bus to go on a glass bottom boat. I purchased my tickets 2weeks prior to my trip. I get to KeyWest and was told that I could not get on the boat because we were late. So I went to the place where you get your tickets. They stated that I was not on a list, not at 12pm or 2pm. I would appreciate a full refund. I am very disappointed in this app for trips. Moving forward what can be done different to make sure people make their trips and are on the list. They took $219.00 and I was not able to do my activity. The people that work for the company stated that it’s interesting that they “keep” taking the money and then don’t have any spots. If you choose to buy a ticket, bring a blanket your bus is cold. Perhaps book through someone else. We shall see ifI get refunded.

Hello, I am sorry that you have not been able to do the activity (Glass Bottom Boat) that you had planned and for which you had paid. It so happens, that the reservations for the activities can be made with the company that provides that service, Fury, the day before the trip, and at the time of 2 PM there was no place left, so the reservation was made for the 12 PM. Unfortunately that day, the route was cut by an accident which also caused a long line in the school zone of slow traffic, and later the lights of the route were being fixed, which again caused a lot of delays. As a result of these delays, it was not possible to arrive on time to the appointment that had been reserved (12 PM), but it is something that we have no responsibility or possibility to do other than respect the traffic. The money corresponding to the activity was refunded the same day. The money corresponding to the transportation cannot be returned because that service was done, you went to Key West and returned on a 15-hour tour. I hope you understand what happened, we're aware of your disappointment for not doing the planned activity but, sincerely, we try to do our best. Thank you for your feedback!

Definitely a must see little island (actually its really big). So much to see in this place. You gotta have to stay here to explore and enjoy the place. Soo much things to do for the kids and adults. Definitely Definitely Definitely will do it again.

We were given first rate service! Even picked up from our hotel, and taken back at the end of the day. Being driven along the keys, learning about the history, not having to find and pay separately for parking. Our tour guide was very attentive to everyone's needs and questions.
