Our family has got nice and memorable expressions from this full-day trip from Miami. The bus driver was professional, he arrived at the pickup location on time, the road to/from Key West was a breath and we came back to Miami earlier than expected. However, there was no tour guide on the bus (the driver made occasional comments on some placed we were passing by but that's not considered as a "Narrated tour"). The total time we spent in Key West was around 6 hours which seemed OK for the first time (we will definetely come back!). I would recommend this tour as an affordable and "no hassle" way to experience Key West without a car. Also, they offer a discount when you buy "optional" Key West activities from the driver.

Came to Miami for my birthday me and the wife enjoyed or day trip to key west almost drowned snorkeling bit had a great time 😆

Tours guides made the tour feel very rushed and wasn’t giving enough time to stop and get food. Guides also kept threatening to leave us along the way. My new jacket was stolen as well on the bus so don’t leave anything on the bus. The bus rides were terrible and on the way back the bathroom reeked of feces and urine. But the islands were beautiful and definitely worth seeing.

Hello, I am sorry that your experience has not been as you expected. The problem was that you went to another place to buy your breakfast (Publix) instead of where the bus parks and all the passengers go to make it faster (Mc Donald) and have more time to enjoy Key West which is our ultimate destination. The people were ready to continue the trip and you had not yet arrived. As for the bathroom, it is emptied and cleaned before leaving Miami and before leaving Key West, but it is possible that a lot of people go during the return trip after a day of walking, eating, and drinking, and unfortunately, many people do not go to the bathroom before getting on the bus. And regarding the jacket, the bus is checked when it arrives in Miami in case something has been forgotten, many times things are found and others not, the guide always asks that you verify that you have all your belongings before getting off. You called the next day, we checked again, and we found nothing, unfortunately. Still, we appreciate your review!
