MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SWIMMING AND SNORKELING EXPERIENCE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE WATER!!!
MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder
Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

I was assured this would be no big deal but it was still scary/uncomfortable for me. 25 min boat ride from Kailua-Kona, many were seasick. We waited an additional 15 min in rough seas waiting for mooring. Then it was hurry jump into the cold water at night and swim towards the platform. Bring warm clothes or a towel for the ride back. 4 stars for the amazing manta rays and the great crew. My opinion is that this is for the brave!

Best and Super helpful crew ever seen - Bryce, Noah and Jeremiah. I am a non swimmer and Bryce and Noah made sure that I have life jacket on, even inflated it for me, made me comfortable enough to jump in water, took me to light board, kept asking in between how I was doing and then took me back to the boat and they were doing this for everyone who needed among our entire group. Another top up was their prescription snorkeling goggles and great fit gear. Thanks so much Hang Loose team for making this a memorable trip for us.
