MUST BE comfortable in the water, be comfortable using floatation if needed (we have Ride Along option available for non-swimmers)
Must be in good health and fit condition, must be able to climb a short ladder

My mom and I had a great time with Captain Jacob, Vince, and Jeremiah! They provided enough directions to easily find the meeting spot, and we felt safe and informed the entire time. The experience of snorkleing with the manta rays is top tier and we got to stay out there for quite a while! Since it was February the water was a little choppy and cold as only wetsuit tops are provided. Overall, we loved this experience!

The crew on the boat were very good. We had quite a large group but EVERYONE was well taken care of. We all got out on the viewing “raft,” saw and experienced the magical manta ray feeding, and got back on the boat safely. And with only a crew of 3! I recommend that you take a towel, a sweatshirt and hat for afterwards as it was a little bit cool. What I didn’t like about this trip was how many people there were. I didn’t get a pool noodle under my ankles and had to share with my “neighbor” which worked, but when it was time to return to the boat, I had no flotation devise to help me while I waited in the water to board. I didn’t panic but felt like I could have. At NO time did I feel in danger. The crew was excellent and did a lot of swimming around to make sure we were all ok. How they could constantly swim and talk without being breathless was amazing. They “towed” several guests back to the boat. Strong and capable crew and an amazing experience. You can only do this 2 places in the world: right here and in Australia. I strongly recommend this tour.

We didn’t see too many manta rays but the ones we saw were incredible! Glad we did it but probably wouldn’t do it again
