Go! Ronn and Merika made the trip so enjoyable. They are down to earth people who enjoy the folks on the tour and are kind. Viewing the Aurora was the best experience of my life. I saw it dance! The colors that I saw were primarily green and red. But, no two days are alike. The Aurora looked like a heavy mist in the sky with the naked eye, but, once you looked at it through your camera which can see the colors that your naked eye cannnot see - wow!!! Holy cow! The colors were out of this world beautiful!!!! I highly recommend bringing your good photographers camera or renting one of their excellent photographers cameras. Ronn and Merika take lots of awesome pictures to send to you later - it's included in the cost of your registration. Those professional photographs are beautiful! People don't believe they are real! They really do honor their commitment to allow a person to come on the next tour if the person did not see the Aurora during their tour and their is a seat available. The Aurora was magnificent! Thank you so much Ronn and Merika!

I live in Fairbanks and have been taking Aurora photos my whole life. I'd always wanted to take a photo tour to pick up some hints, so treated myself to a night with The Aurora Chasers. I was shocked by all I learned. I highly recommend them. They are both super nice and extremely knowledgable. As mentioned they give you as much or as little attention as you'd like. I used my own gear, but renting their gear is a good way to use great equipment if you don't own any or try out a different set up if curious. I plan to do another tour with them, perhaps making it a yearly event. They are worth the money. If there is any hope of finding aurora, they will. On top of all that, Marketa took a rare photo of me, that I love. Thanks Ron and Marketa

We took this tour on our second day in Fairbanks. Both Ronn and Marketa were so full of knowledge on how to take great pictures. They explained to everyone what settings were best for each individual camera. They go out of the way to travel near and far to find the aurora for your picture. After we took this trip we were able to take great pictures of the aurora borealis with the knowledge they gave us. It is definitely worth the time and cost of the trip.
