I rented a bike because I wanted to explore Central Park for 3 hrs and it was great. I had the opportunity to go around all of Central Park and check out the lake and Belvedere castle. The customer service at check in and check out was fast, friendly and informative. I highly recommend it!

Staff very friendly. However - Location only ok - 2 blocks from Central Park. Price was reasonably expensive. One of the three bikes we hired had to be returned and defective. Overall disappointing.

Highlight of our trip!! Our boys loved it. Great quality bikes! Great costumer service. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting the area this time of year.
