Experiencing NYC from a new perspective was fun and refreshing. Took my wife and three children. Everyone enjoyed the ride. Staff was professional and courteous. We had a short wait, but nothing intolerable.

Fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pick up is a bit out of the way but the mini van arrived quickly. Pilots excellent and informative!

This isn’t cheap - but it is worth it. It’s a bit of hassle getting to the pick up point, especially as we came from Manhattan but Über made this easier. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived at $25 per person which gave us just over 20 minutes and more of the Hudson. Again, glad we did it. We circled the Statue of Liberty twice so everyone could see it. There were just 5 of us so, with my husband assisting the pilot (!), we all had a window seat. Only gripe was the pilot forgot to turn out mics on so we couldn’t talk to each other and we couldn’t hear if he spoke to us. All the staff were friendly and I would definitely recommend this trip.
