I should make it absolutely clear that the helicopter ride and the staff were first rate. Friendly snd professional. The problem for us was the location. My fault but I thought it was located in Manhattan, it is not, it’s located a USD 70 taxi ride away from Manhattan in New Jersey.

We waited over 2hrs for this tour, it was over 90 degree's and we were kept in a waiting area w/ no AC. No water or update from the staff about what was going on or how long we would be waiting. Honestly it completely ruined the experience for us, we would have left but I assumed we would not get a refund and this is a super expensive experience. Would never recommend after our experience. The actual helicopter part was fine.

You went up 40 minutes after your check in time, the AC was on and there is a vending machine.

I bought this by mistake, and I called trip advisor and the company 1 minutes after I hit buy. They refused to refund, and tour guide said go to trip advisor. Trip advisor said go to tour guide. I would not recommend he helicopter tour guides.
