This tour departs from Orcas Island. The island can only be reached by the Washington State Ferry System. If your party is not already on island we recommend our Anacortes departure location.
Check in begins 30 minutes prior to departure.

Resident Orcas, humpback whales, and bottle neck dolphin were our eye candy for the day on this adult only tour. Captain and mate were involving and very knowledgeable. They can't take credit for the sun and very gentle breeze, but it sure enhanced the experience. The resident Orcas are endangered, so we kept a respectful distance and enjoyed with binoculars. Hence the reason for no fascinating pictures.

I have been on dozens of whale watching tours, seen all kinds of whales in the wild, and worked around Orcas in captivity. But i had never seen an Orca in the wild before today. Captain Brock and naturalist Davita Liberty took us to Canada to reported orca sighting. We spent almost an hour watching this family of 4 orca females, including a baby, leaping breaching, playing… spectacular!

So thankful we had such a divine experience !!! The crew (Jim, Brooke, and Kaylee) were fun, deeply knowledgeable and skilled! First and foremost we got to see the main attraction, Orcas!!! Got close to pod T-99 (crew did an amazing job identifying them). We’re lucky enough to see them have a successful hunt as well. T-99s whole crew was so happy about it they breached a few times and were slapping the water with joy! Can’t express enough how strongly we’d recommend taking this tour. Could not ask for a better experience from the staff / the local aquatic residents!
