Visiting Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial were definitely the highlights on this half day tour. It was a good sampling but we will have to come back (on the next visit to Honolulu) and spend the day at Pearl Harbor as there wasn’t enough time to see the movies and the museums. Elaine, our guide, was excellent and she made everyone on the bus feel part of her ‘ohana’ (family) right away. She was very knowledgeable about the city as well and took us around parts we’ve not seen before on other visits. This is a very good option for a tour where you see lots but don’t have much time as it is only half day. Well done and enjoyable!

The tour was very moving and Cousin Elaine was an absolute gem, but I didn’t realise the entire company staff were equally amazing! I foolishly left my phone on the tour bus just before sailing from Honolulu. A desperate email to Roberts Tours resulted in Ian locating the phone, checking shipping options and returning it to me in Townsville Australia. Cards, driver’s licence and concession cards were all intact. Mahalo nui loa Ian and RobertsTours for incredible customer care!
