I am very upset with your company. When we purchased our tours (3) we were told that we could not be picked at the cruise pier only at hotels. We hired a Uber ride to take us to the Courtyarf Marriott. When we got on the shuttle we were told by the shuttle driver that they do pickup at the cruise pier. Thanks for wasting our money for nothing.

The driver was very friendly but the whole experience was stressful. We were in a rush to get there on time. We ran (literally) to the gate when we arrived. Then we got there and there were only 4 spots left on the boat. Which I think is their fault for over selling the seats….. we had tickets for the specific time slot that was sold out. So that was aggravating in itself. The actual memorial was amazing, but we again were in a rush when we got back from that and weren’t able to watch the documentary.
