Transportation did not show up. When I called the dispatcher didn't seem to care that I was stranded at the airport and was unwilling to offer any help even though I had a confirmed reservation.

I used transfer service for a round trip from Buffalo Airport to hotel in Niagara Falls. The arrival time for incoming flight was delayed five hours, but company was tracking the changes so when i called to let them know about the delay, they were aware. And when the plane finally arrived, John was there immaculately dressed, in a clean, comfortable car and cold water. Same timely service for outgoing pickup.

Excellent service received. John Hammer from Giorgio’s Limousine provided an excellent service. He met us, helped with our luggage and made the trip very pleasant. Booked with them for my return trip on 5/10.
