This company left my son and I at the airport at midnight. We hired them to take us to our AirBNB in Niagara Falls. My son had never been picked up by a car service before so we thought it would be fun. We arrived, and they weren’t there. I called and a very rude woman answered the phone. She stated that I had put the time in incorrectly into reservation (I didn’t). I asked if they were coming, and she responded “we aren’t a taxi service.” They refused to refund my money. I had all the evidence that they were supposed to be there at that time and didn’t show. (Voicemails of them calling and verifying the time a week prior, the pop up on my phone from the third party app that I purchased it through, and everything else.) I filed a fraud case with my bank and got the money back. If you look at the other reviews, late nights seem to be a challenge for them, and man are they just rude. Thankful for the taxi company who were really kind and got us to where we needed to go. Viator is just a middle man and goes along with whatever the vendor decides. They weren’t helpful at all.

The client booked the trip for 1215am but booked it for the wrong date, early morning/late trips are some of the most difficult times because the wrong time or date could mean a 24 hour switch. Our vehicle was there at the reserved time, we are sorry the client was upset , we make sure we provide the time that is requested. We also send out text confirmations 24 hours in advance and it also says that you need to confirm your reservation 24 hours in advance. This insures you won't have any mistakes. We are sorry things didn't work out for them and we hope they still had a great time in Niagara Falls.

Friendly driver, he was also there before we were. He took us around a bit to show us other parts of the town.

My wife and I booked a trip from the Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls via Tripadvisor. Long story short, the limo never arrived and we were forced to find other transportation in the middle of the night after flying from the West Coast. We were billed by Viator TripAdvisor $217. We disputed the charge, but Viator has been completely non-responsive. Given our experience we will NEVER use TripAdvisor to book anything again. BTW, we got a cab for 1/3 the price.

We are sorry that the details were not distributed to us, and that the time factor was incorrect. When a cell is supplied our system does text a confirmation, we also ask that you confirm your reservation 24 hours in advance to insure all details and information is correct , this will make sure the pickup is when its suppose to be. As for reduced rate for a cab, that is a different service then the client reserved, this is Luxury Car service. We are happy they were successful in getting to their destination, and that they enjoyed their time in Niagara Falls
