Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)

Was given the wrong time for my pick up twice. The hotel reception had to sort out my collection time. The driver was extremly rude. Very dissapointing as our first driver was so good.

I made this booking late evening 17th February for pick up at 4.15pm on Thursday 18th February from our hotel. I received an email confirming both the booking and payment. The car did not arrrive!! The hotel concierge had to make a phone call to chase up the company who then staed that a telphone confirmation had not been made. The car arrived at 4.45pm. The driver hardly understood any English and was not aware of our intended destination or terminal number. He stated that I needed to pay eight dollars for the toll at Queens Bridge which I handed to him prior to reaching the toll. We just went straight through the toll without stopping and making payment?! Once on the freeway we drove at a speed which my wife and daughter found uncomfortable.. the journey was suppose to be relaxing!! Once at the airport there was no conversation from the driver who just then stood around waiting for his tip. Very rude.. This journey was in contrast to our arrival, with the driver being friendly, talkative and showing enthusiasm whilst driving at a speed which was enjoyable and relaxing.
