Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)

Our bell man was late getting our bags to the car. There were 4 of us travelling and we had 6 large bags. The driver did not assist to load at the hotel, or unload at the airport. On the contrary, he phoned Carmel who hit us with a waiting fee when we had no control over the bellman. The private minivan stank of stale cooking, and was unclean. The driver was rude and unfriendly. He was obsessed with getting the cash for the tolls and tip before we set off. Suffice to say he got the money for the tolls. Carmel in New York obviously do not care about the customers, or they would not have sent such a disgraceful driver.

Car was clean and tidy, as was the driver. Conversation was limited as the drivers English was not fluent. Not that this mattered as we had been there before, but may have taken the shine off for first timers who probably would like to know what they were looking at.

Picked up 5 after phoning in. Nice clean car with a polite informative driver.
Toll charges were explained and options offered.
