Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)

The driver was professional, arrived early, and got us safely to our destination. The car was clean and well maintained. I felt very safe and confident we would arrive on time and safe.

The driver called my phone to say he arrived, never mentioned the vehicle he was driving, there were 8 vehicles outside, we got into the wrong one and quickly exited. Driver called my phone, located his vehicle. He got into loud heated argument with the other vehicle driver, wanted me to call the police. I said "No", told them to "Stop it". My 13 year old granddaughter and I were stressed out. We got into his vehicle, as there was no time to cancel and get another vehicle since we had to catch a plane.

We had to wait for over 30 minutes outside in the cold. Our pickup time was 9am, I called at 9:15 and was told it would be 10-15 min, I called after that time passed and was told I didn’t have a reservation. At the point the car arrived. Our driver was polite and courteous and got us where we needed to be.
