The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan

The driver was nearly an hour late and turned up without shoes on, just socks! Because of him being late we were completely rushed at the airport.

To begin we did not get the minivan we paid for. I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to get into a car. The driver was suppose to be at the airport waiting for us at baggage-was not. When I called we were told he was running late to go downstairs to the street and he would pick us up. Thank goodness for an airport wheelchair assistant who was willing to continue to push me and understood where we were to wait. A towncar is NOT a minivan.
