My family and I went out with Captain Jimmy in late June and we brought home for Halibut! Jimmy was knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and most importantly, where the fish were! We had a great day and our total catch included a few nice size king salmon, multiple Halibut and rockfish. We will definitely be back!

We joined Capt. Mike for a four hour tour. Immediately he shared his interest in making it a great experience for us. His homework of conditions, weather, etc had been done. He shared salmon trolling had been slow so we took to fishing Halibut with some of our time, and he nailed it. Putting fish in the boat was exactly what we did! His knowledge and passion for making it fun was visible the entire trip. If I ever return I will book him again!

Went trolling for Chinook (King) Salmon with captain Jimmy. Caught nothing. Saw a neighboring boat catch a Chinook, so they were there! But, that's why it's called fishing, not catching. Our boat was A+, our captain busted his butt to get us best positioned to catch, we stayed out well past our quitting time trying, it was 50 and drizzling the entire time, but it's Ketchikan (ave. rainfall ~178" a year!). I'd go with these guys again and again. A blast, real fishing experts, and we saw bald eagles looking but not catching either! Spectacular views even in bad weather. Met Mike too. A pro with a smile.
