We met Capt. Mike at the Princess Cruise dock and walked a short distance to his boat. We had three anglers, two experienced and one novice, and also one non-angler for a 4 hour charter. We made a short couple mile run to the fishing area. We had the first pink salmon on within 5 minutes and within 2 hours had limited out on pinks (18 total). We had several doubles. We also got a bonus coho, a small king (released) and two rock fish. Because we limited so fast we were able to try for some halibut. This wasn't part of the original plan but Mike was prepared and willing to give it a shot. Though we didn't get any halibut we did get some rockfish. Mike was willing to help us as much or as little as we wanted/needed. Mike also provided drinks and some snacks along the way. A super easy guy to get along with. Also had a nice clean, well running boat with all the top of the line electronics, gear and knowledge to put us on fish for a great trip! After the fishing was done Mike took care of our catch to get it to the processor who filleted and shipped it to our home at our convenience. Couldn't ask for any better!

Captain Mike gave us a great Halibut and Salmon fishing adventure. He was outgoing, demonstrated wonderful patience with my three boys, has a clean boat, and runs a smooth business. Educational and exciting, this charter was an outstanding experience. Highest recommendations for Captain Mike's Alaska Catch!

Captain Mike was great. We went halibut and Salmon fishing. My 17 year old caught a 42 inch Halibut! Total caught 4 Halibut, cod and rockfish. Highly recommend. Can't wait for the fillets to be shipped home.
