My husband and I had the pleasure of attending a Got Ghosts tour hosted by the amazing Patrick this evening. The tour was not only fun, but extremely informative on the paranormal history of Savannah. This tour was a completely immersive experience with not only a visit to several locations, but provided with audio visual evidence of paranormal and spooky occurrences at the locations you're at. Could not be any happier with a tour, nor a tour guide! Recommend 100%

It was a stormy night. We had so much fun. It wasn't your average ghost tour. It was so much more. And my daughter got this very interesting picture from one of the homes on the tour. Judge it for yourself. It looks like a face and hand in the window. It wasn't there. And then it was!

I took a tour with another company last year, led by Patrick Burns, who is a ghost hunter from several TV shows. We enjoyed ourselves so much last time with Patrick, that we sought his tour out again. Apparently Patrick is no longer with that particular company. We learned (albeit too late) that this one - GOT GHOSTS! is his new company, run by Patrick himself and his wife. Well, given the horrible customer "service" that I received from his former employer, I'm sure he's far better off! (They never told us Patrick was no longer working for them when we purchased tickets, and refused to issue a refund when we complained. NOT how you conduct business - especially with repeat customers!!! Knowing that someone as talented and passionate about the paranormal as Patrick doesn't simply "go away," I did a little digging. It's true - you can't keep a good man down, and we were thrilled to see Patrick is very much still running tours in Savannah. Not only that, but given the "bait and switch" that we received from his old company, when we contacted Got Ghosts, Patrick was so disgusted by the unprofessional treatment we received, that he offered our entire group A COMPLIMENTARY TOUR the next time we come back to Savannah! Now THAT is customer service, and THAT someone who loves his job and not just your money! Suffice it to say, Patrick is simply AWESOME, and if you read the overwhelming FIVE STAR reviews from his FORMER tours, you'll see I'm not alone in endorsing him. So Patrick, I'm elated to see you striking it out on your own. I'm sorry that you're having to start all over again here on TripAdvisor, but you are the consummate professional, and you'll be back on top here in no time I'm sure! I look forward to watching your progress, and you one day soon overtaking your former company! Best of luck and much success in your new venture, Patrick! you've earned it and deserve nothing but prosperity! :) See you soon!
