My husband and I were very pleased with the tour. The guide was friendly, very knowledgeable about Lousiana history and the places we visited. The lunch at the Oak Alley Plantation was good. It was the first time my husband visited New Orleans and he enjoyed tasting the traditional dish of red beans, rice and sausage..and had a bit of the crawfish etoufee I was eating. As for myself, I lived 6 1/2 yrs. in New Orleans, from 1984 to 1990, working for the government of Venezuela as Consul General of Venezuela. I enjoyed the swamp tour, something I had not experienced in the years I lived there. I will highly recommend this tour to any person who might want me to give some information about what to do while in New Orleans. Great tour, great tourist guide, good food and lots of new experiences about Louisiana history.
Airboat ride with Captain Gary a must, so much fun. Tour of Oakley Alley well worth it, a sense of history in New Orleans. Amazing house, garden and story behind it.
Love love love loved this tour! It was a small group and just lots of fun!
