Unfortunately, our tour had to be canceled because the heat index was too high to work the horses. We are happy that the animals safety is a top priority. The customer service was great and they communicated with us. We were promptly offered a refund and it was quickly processed.

It was a nice relaxed and informative ride through the park. Ariel was our guide/operator. He was very friendly and full of information as we had tons of questions for him. Our ride was suppose to be at 8pm but because of excessive heat they couldn't use the horses. The schedule called and kept in touch and was able to schedule for a late night ride at 11:30pm. It would have been nice to go with some light it the sunsetting but the communication was great and we still went.
