Went on this tour with my girlfriend who isn’t typically A beer drinker and we both loved it. From learning about the brewing process to tasting the different types of beer and learning the differences. Tour guide was Ethan who was the best. His knowledge and clear passion and enjoyment for his job made it that much more enjoyable for us. Highly recommend

We waited two hours for the tour guide, but nobody came. The tour was cancelled without any feedback to us. Absolutely no recommendation. Very unprofessional, never again.

It’s truly disappointing to hear that you were left waiting, and I understand how frustrating this must have been. We want to clarify that it is our standard practice to contact all guests via phone and email if a tour needs to be canceled. Additionally, as noted on our website, our tours require a minimum of three participants to run, and unfortunately, if this minimum is not met, the tour may need to be canceled. We are investigating why you may not have received a cancellation notification to ensure this does not happen again.
