The representative from Viator was most helpful in giving us directions to the start of the tour and where to park once we got there. Excellent service. The tour was good, but we got stranded at the south point of the Golden Gate Bridge for about an hour. Should have been a 15 to 20 wait, but no buses appeared. We called the tour company and were kept on hold for 26 minutes, so that is not a recourse when looking to be picked up. Finally, they came and took us to the north point and we have to wait 25 minutes to get back on the bus to the city tour. From that point on, I did not enjoy the tour. Up until that point, it was good.

Loved seeing city & its neighborhoods by Big Bus. However, wish they gave more accurate addresses for pickup locations. I went to Haight/Strayan stop. Had to ask a Bike Rental person there to find that the stop was actually a block away under a pizza sign! Last tours left at 5pm--too early for summertime.

Our guide was great and had a great sense of humor he was crazy about the street lights but I can’t remember his name but great guide
