We joined the tour on 2nd Jul which happened to be the Independence Day weekend. Needless to say, everywhere is packed and jam. However, the guide and driver made amazing planning so we could enjoyed to the fullest without feeling uneasy or being stuck in the queue!
The itinerary of this tour is superb and it is definitely value for money!
The tour guide was bad - did not finish any sentences, did not speak great English, did not give clear instructions, was bad with organisation and made quite a few mistakes when talking about things around. The bus journey would have been better to hear about things around us rather than just pointing out that on your left is this.
Then we stayed at a retirement home - that has a couple of rooms as a hotel - not good. Breakfast was below super bad - I went to sit down at an empty table and was told I was not allowed to sit there when there was no other spaces left.
Niagara Falls were awesome though - do recommend going there, just think twice with who before.
Trip was very expensive and you had to pay for all your own food except breakfast on the second day, the hotel was very old and too far away from falls very hard to get back to to far to walk was very hard to get cab. Tour guides not very interested in only English speaking tourists spent a lot of time speaking a foreign language in front of everyone became very annoying and is very rude . Seperate bus needed for only English speaking tourists. Then they expected 20 gratitude tip
