Monterey Bay is the premier destination for whale watching all year. Your daily 3-hour, whale watch trip is narrated by a marine biologist or naturalist who provides educational and interesting information about whales, dolphins, and a wide variety of marine wildlife. In addition to teaching you about the wildlife, your marine biologists and naturalists will provide information about the natural history of the local area and talk about conservation.

Biologist Isaiah and Captain Danny are awesome! We saw 5 dolphins and 10 grey whales - it was a perfect experience.

We enjoyed the trip and the crew were excellent guides they did their best to find whales for us to see and we say a few grey whales playing , no big splashing but we did get to see rainblow from the whales

Excellent whale watching experience with Sophie, Yohan, and Isaiah. Would highly recommend. I hope to come back one day to visit during humpback whale season and would book again with Discovery!
