Monterey Bay is the premier destination for whale watching all year. Your daily 3-hour, whale watch trip is narrated by a marine biologist or naturalist who provides educational and interesting information about whales, dolphins, and a wide variety of marine wildlife. In addition to teaching you about the wildlife, your marine biologists and naturalists will provide information about the natural history of the local area and talk about conservation.

It was a great day out on the water with Isiah and Andrew! They were extremely well-informed and did their best to make sure all of the guests had a wonderful time. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, sea lions, and many sea birds. I would definitely take a trip with Discovery again!

We stumbled across a 5 pm, 3 hour whale watching tour and decided to go on It last minute. I am so glad that we did! Not only were we lucky enough to see at least 8 whales on the trip, but Isaiah provided an in depth biology lesson as well, which we all loved. It was very interactive and fun. I highly recommend the company and crew. They have a military discount as well.

We were amazed by the whales! The Discovery Whale Watching boat was excellent. It's not too big and not too small. Alfredo made our ride out to sea come to life. He was full of information and really helped us to learn more about the amazing waters in the Monterey Bay. We saw whales, dolphins, seals, sea otters and the weather was very nice. Bring a jacked and take the sea sick pills you will realyl enjoy the trip!
