Beat the crowds on an early access tour of New York's famous landmarks. After meeting up with your guide at 8:30am, you will be well on your way to experiencing the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, Battery Park, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

Priority entry into the Screening Facility Queue saves you wait time at the departure point.
Round trip ferry service to Liberty Island (grounds of the Statue of Liberty) and Ellis Island (Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration)
Access to the grounds of Liberty Island and Ellis Island.
Statue of Liberty Museum includes three interactive galleries that tell the Statue of Liberty National Monument history.

Bad customer service, please don't waste your time and money. Please note I bought this service back in Mexico, and while I thought this service could offer some customer service in Spanish they didn't, they have a line with a recording which is in Spanish saying you need to send an email to [email protected], which you think you could send in Spanish since the recording is in Spanish, but once you tried to use your reservation they answer in English and they didn't answer well, so if you are looking for a better experience I wish to recommend another tour, but this company offers nothing but waste your time and money.

I’ve been on this tour before with a different tour group and it was wonderful so I booked it again only trough this company. The tour guide, Leanne was boring and uninformed, but I let that go. Then she started talking about the 9/11 memorial and I was excited to hear it from a New Yorkers perspective however all she talked about was a wire walker act that walked it and made it famous and basically that “New Yorkers thought the buildings were ugly anyways”, “they looked like salt and pepper shakers”. Nothing about the events that took place that day or the people who lost they’re lives or even her experience as a New Yorker that lived here during that period. I was very disappointed and honestly saddened because there were people in the group who were from a different country and she could have said soo much about the tragedy of that day and how America came together but basically all she said was well a guy walked across them once and they were ugly buildings anyways.

I am very surprised to learn that you did not enjoy the tour with Leanne. She is a born New Yorker and always gets 5 star reviews. Absolutely people have different expectations and when you are back in ny I would love to have you join another guide for the ground zero experience.

Our tour guide was very good, and considerate. One person in our party was older and offered her an umbrella and always made sure she had some where to sit when the group paused
