I had several challenges! I called fifteen minutes before our 11 am launch and advised We would likely be arriving 10 minutes late. We were unfamiliar with the area and there was heavy traffic. We got to the location five minutes after 11 but were not able to find the launch spot. We called for direction, again, but only figured out where to go after seeing the boat floating away. The spot was not marked on any way!
We waited for the 12:45 launch hoping to get a spot on that boat. We were told that four passengers were arriving a couple minutes late, so they could not get us on. We waited around and watched the boat. They held launch for a full 10 minutes for the four expected passengers. I am sure had I been offered that 10 minutes grace, and had clear direction where to go for the launch, I would not have missed our trip. Ultimately I paid for four people for nothing.
When we arrived 10 minutes late we had no idea where to go get the boat.
I am disappointed because we were very much looking forward to the trip and made every effort to get there, and communicated our efforts. I will be back down in the area in three weeks and would have booked again given a different experience. I was not even offered a credit for a different day.

We are sorry you weren’t able to get to your cruise on time. If there are other passengers on the boat it’s not fair to them to wait around for late groups, which is why we ask everyone to get there early.
