You will arrive are out Canon City location, check in with our friendly reservation staff, meet your guide for the day, be outfitted with necessary rafting gear, go through an in depth safety orientation and then hop on a van or bus for a short 5-10 min ride to the river put in

Royal Gorge Bridge and Park

Once you arrive at the river you will be given specific instructions by your guide and then hit the river for an amazing adventure. You will float through the world famous Royal Gorge! Amazing views of the America's tallest suspension bridge sitting 1,000 ft above the river and experience amazing whitewater on this trip. This is the premiere trip on the Arkansas River!

We have rafted with several companies over the years in this area. However ART has the best guides and the most consistent service. We would not use anyone else anymore. Ask for Julie!

Booked a trip for the full day Royal Gorge tour but due to the high water and the gorge being closed they took us out on a different part of the river. We still had a blast and our guide Ethan was very professional and knowledgeable but was also a lot of fun and really enhanced the whole experience!

We are so happy that, even though the Royal Gorge was under the high water advisory, you all still had a fantastic time on other stretch of river--which is still adrenaline-pumping! I went white water rafting with my Boy Scout troop. While all the people here were very cool, Calvin stood out among the rest. Not did he keep us from falling in, he told stories, cracked jokes, and made time in between rapids entertaining. Cool people, cool company, nothing but positivity and good vibes. Thank you ART and thank Calvin :)
