No agent met me at the luggage carousel to tell me where the shuttle was located. When I fond it, the driver said he had two more passengers, but they didn't show up. After waiting for the missing passengers, the driver left to take me to my destination in Waikiki. During the ride, he got a call that the passengers were found. They didn't know where to go for the ride because nobody met them at the carousel

Greeter met us at the airport baggage claim and got us on our way in a few minutes. Also prompt pickup at 5:15AM our trip to the airport.
