The information I received at time of booking was not the way the shuttle service happened. After I had to phone the operator they sent another to a different spot that we had to find. On the return shuttle there was no contact to let us know pick up time or place and we had to chase down the operator and was told very rudely the info we needed. Never again.

Mass chaos at the meeting location. tried calling from the baggage area and received poor instructions to the meeting area. Waited over an hour for a van. Will take a taxicab next time to get to my hotel right away instead of taking 2hrs to start my vacation.

Was not ready touch us up. Had to call. There’s no greeting as part of the benefits outline. I had to call to even get the pickup on the radar screen. I was then told 10-12 minutes. Then at 40 minutes after cal I was told 10 minutes. That shuttle pulled up and couldn’t fit us in luggage wise. Was then told it would be 10 minutes which actually was close. After being on the ground for almost an hour and 50 minutes we were in a shuttle. Just communicate truthfully and take into exception you may want to add some time to your estimate. I do not trust theyl get us at our hotel and back to airport for next flight in a few days. Please cancel and provide 50% of the cost of the round trip back.
