Had some issues. First the bus was overloaded at the first stop with several people having to stand to board. It settled in after the 3rd stop (Millenium Park was after Willis Tower, stop 2) and folks were all able to have seats either below or on upper deck, we moved up then. Bus had to be changed out between stops 4 and 5 (Adler Planetarium). Right after that, the bus hit a limb that hit my wife in the face hard enough to both break her sunglasses frame and knock the lens out. Notified driver. No response at all other than "it happens". Better driving or someone to warn us would have helped. There was no person on board with any local knowledge. Just the weak sound track you could hook up to. Much worse than other cities I have been to. There should be a guide on the upper deck giving local knowledge, especially at this price.

A convenient way to travel around the city and see the main attractions First day l, we had a driver who voiced the guided tour which was excellent. I wish I noted his name as no other driver did this, and we relied on the pre-recorded version which wasn't as good Advertised at 24 or 48 hour but actually only ran 10-5pm

Rebecca G, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. Our tours are audio pre-recorded, although some drivers do add some commentary, our main tour is the audio. Our hours of operation, as stated on our Website and brochures, are 10 am - 5 pm, 24 hours means you can use the HOHO bus all day, within hours of operation. 48 hours, is a 2 day ticket, that can be used for 2 consecutive days between the hours of operation. We are sorry for any confusion.

It was not the experience we expected in Chicago. We could find pick up location addresses from your website. But when we went to those addresses there were no Big Bus signs to be found. This occurred several times. When at last we found a pick up point, your own employee could not locate the QR code on our ticket. We have taken several Big Bus Tours in other major cities in the US and Europe and have never encountered such confusing pick up information. When we finally obtained your brochure, we saw where your pick up locations were. We suggest that you make your pick up locations available to download from your website. This would eliminate any pick up confusion.
