We decided to take the bus tour around Chicago because it was to rain all day so we planned to sit inside the bus to see the sights. Much to our dismay when it is raining you cannot see out of the windows because there is a wrap on the entire outside of the bus so the water clings to it making it virtually impossible to see out of the windows! Why on earth would a tour bus have windows that no one can see out of when it rains!?! What a waste of money! We could have paid $3.00 to ride the public transportation bus & would have seen way more because you can see out of those windows when it is raining! When I complained to the bus driver he said that he was aware of the problem & has reported it many times to the powers that be but nothing has been done! This company needs to fix this! We promptly got off the bus as soon as we figured out that things were not going to get any better! What a big waste of our time on our vacation!

Hey, you stopped all the buses the 12th. We were at shed aquarium’s stop at 2:00 pm and none of your buses arrived. We got to Millenium park and again none of your buses came. We had to get Ubers everywhere. You have to refund we were scammed. None of your buses picked us up after 2 pm the 12th and yes our tickets were scanned BEFORE 4 pm the 10th we were supposedly to have 48 hours since that time. You are robbing us!

This was the first bus that has not had constant narration form the driver . That was disappointing. Also we bought a 2 day ticket and the second day the bus did both run due to a marathon . We should get a refund
