Met at 163 E Pearson bus never showed up so we had to walk to the Hancock stop. Bus not able to do some of the stops due to the Marathon but we were still charged the same price for those stops even though we did not make them.

Poor communication and planning. Routes were changed due to marathon weekend but no one informed us some stops were not happening. Buses far too crowded to even get on but they kept selling more tickets.
