Not as good as some other Big Bus tours I have taken. The narration system was not loud enough to hear with the earphones that were provided. The route the driver took did not match the route displayed on their App. The price actually charged was higher than what was stated on their App. The App said $54, I was charged $62. I chose Big Bus because we had taken one of their tours in Philadelphia and it was better than this one. There were several other companies offering similar tours but I didn't have time to research them.

I have used Viator tours all over the world Italy, Mexico , Japan as well as vacations here in the US and I would always recommend using them. But after this experience I am not so sure. We waited a long time for the bus. Driver abrupt and not friendly. Commentary was lacking in interesting content. Bus drove for a while then stopped and driver said he was waiting for a driver. None arrived. We got off the bus and did not rejoin as we felt we were wasting time waiting. So $50 each person seemed expensive but we agreed that New York is more expensive. So, no it was not a good experience.

The buses were always full and the staff are rude and never give straight answers. They have a serious lack of buses for the number of guests they have. Waits are super long to get on the buses
