Great way to see the city. Polite and helpful staff. They care about your safety. Just be sure to have your voucher scanned for a paper receipt ticket. They will not let you on with phone scan, as it says on the viator you can get on anywhere. You must be at one of the few stops with a person there to read your phone and print you a ticket with their paper.

Great way to see New York, I was spectacle due to the reviews and hesitant to book. Glad that I booked it last minute.

Miserable staff who seem to forget that without us holiday makers they would be out of a job. Is it too much to ask for some manners, and to drop us at the stop we required not 1 mile away when they suddenly remembered? The head phone commentary was very dry and out of sync due to traffic, maybe a in person one would be preferable and less dry. Save your money and use public transport.
