The first connection was really terrible, with only one agent to check and sell tickets. The system doesn~t work

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. It was quite frustrating that the uptown was not a hop-on-hop-off zone, which I simply don't understand given that there are so many museums there plus Central Park. It was quite unpleasant to have to wait over an hour for a bus. The audio occasionally functioned and occasionally didn't. extremely disappointed!!!!!

Anthony4926, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. We are sorry for the confusion regarding the Uptown loop. This loop does have the option to hop on, hop off any of the 5 stops on the route, however the departure schedule is from 10am-4pm every hour on the hour from stop 11. We recommend downloading the app so you may use the live tracking app to see the bus location at each stop.

Let's start by stating that the buses did not live up to expectations and that the staff members were quite nasty and uninterested in explaining the passes you were purchasing. I hated having to wait almost an hour . It took us a very long time to board a bus.
