Bus ride itself was fine, audio tour was very choppy. Headphones given worked very poorly. Biggest problem was management, we were told to wait in one line for our ride and then told we missed our bus because we waited in the wrong line. After finally being put on the correct bus we sat for 25 minutes before being told it was out of service. Paid for both routes and only got to experiment one of them

Heartily disappointed after doing numerous walking tours of other cities. Overpriced, poorly scripted, could barely see the sights, and no mention some of recent additions to the city like Little Island. One positive is the busses are frequent and an alternative to subway if you want to travel between tourist sites.

Helper was great. Real time bus tracker was questionable. Info given during the ride was very interesting. We gave it 4 stars only for the confusion regarding the need for a paper ticket if you didn’t hop on at the starting point.

All pre-purchased vouchers need to get redeemed with one of our on-street team members so we can validate it and exchange it for a bus ticket to hop on and off of our loops.
