Terrible experience. Bus drivers sent us to other bus drivers… because they didn’t want to take us to next stop. Left in Times Square…

having seen bad reviews had reservations, but our experience was amazing - drivers were pleasant, welcoming and really helpful, helping with navigating the routes. If it wasn't for the Big Bus we would not have got to see all the sights we did. We only had 4 days and bought a 3 day pass - best decision ever! We used the bus as a transport system instead of walking for miles. Earphones worked well and commentary was crystal clear, with funny anecdotes which made the trips fun and the music inbetween was all 70's! Caution - for your first journey make sure to alight at a stop where there is a Big Bus staff member (in maroon) or you will not be able to print your ticket. Uptown comes every hour as there is less traffic and downtown once in 10 minutes as can get crowded, however we never had to wait very long before being picked up.
