Very slick and efficient timetable. Unfortunately sound system was a bit hit and miss which detracted from the journey

Traffic congestion ruined the experience, ended up walking on both days. Not your fault but wouldn’t recommend

Hi Andrew! We’re sorry to learn that you encountered heavy traffic during your New York tour. Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We keep a close eye on traffic patterns and road closures every day to ensure our Downtown tour runs every 15 minutes and our Uptown tour every 30 minutes. If necessary, we can add additional departures to our routes to better serve our guests and keep our schedule on track. There was no heat on one of the buses going downtown. About 29 degrees outside. Audio was silly and not very informative. Mostly music. Hardly any stops going uptown. I have been on Hop On Hop Offs. Much better than Big Bus. Heard some people were stranded. Not good on a cold windy day.

Our buses are open-top double-deckers designed for outdoor experiences, so we don't have air conditioning or heating. We recommend guests come prepared for any weather, as our tours run rain or shine. We now use recorded commentary to improve our tours. We hope you'll consider joining us again in better weather!
