Rude, unfriendly employees. We bought 4 tickets online to later be told that they couldn’t be printed one by one, so we had to travel together at all times. Very inconvenient. The buses are oversubscribed and sometimes you need to wait for next one

Tickets on my phone were Scanned at the first stop and printed Tickets obtained. Buses were not too crowded and, if they were, there was another bus right behind it. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus. There were available Seats on top and below each time we got on a different bus. Switched to Uptown bus at end of day and waited 10minutes. Overall, we had a good experience. It was too cold to sit on top for any extended time, and that’s where you get a much better view…

We had an issue with our ticket as we bought from an agent instead of directly with big bus. Wanda at the counter helped us solve this very gracefully and quick.. she took the trouble to reach out to the agent and resolve our issues and got us on the bus in minimal time. We sincerely appreciate your help Wanda for saving us time and effort to resolve this on our own. You made our holiday in New York much more enjoyable. God bless and wishing you the very best.
