Seeing the significant parts of downtown and having the background info explained. The driving was excellent and safe. Being on the top side, the experience was well worth it. We’ve visited Manhattan many times, but this is our first Big Bus tour. We promise ourselves to do this every time because of the constantly developing changing landscapes! We encourage Viator to keep developing and upgrading the recording to reflect the MOMENTS significant to the area. Like that evening there was a Brazilian festival in Times Square. We would love to have known more about it!

We loved the tour itself. We did the uptown route and really enjoyed it. The only complaint we have is that the driver was extremely rude and short with us. Other drivers stopping at the bus stop were also rude when asked about the route. I think that affects the company’s image and it might be the difference between using your company instead of any other company providing the same tours.

Need heaters on the bus. Too cold having d to enjoy the sites when you can’t feel your face. If hot air was blowing it would been much nicer
