I can’t give enough superlatives to say how fun this experience was. Monique, David and Emma made the whole afternoon as good as it could possibly be. The ride out to the zip lines in the van was slightly rough, but what do you expect—you have to get to the zip lines somehow, right? We were in a group of 12, which worked out fine. They start you out on a little zip line to teach you the basics. Each zip line got progressively longer (there are seven), with the last one a half-mile long. Never once did I feel any trepidation or fear—their attention to safety was top-notch. There was a little walking between zip lines, and on the seventh one you have to climb stairs to get to the top of the tower, but I guess if you’re courageous enough to go zip lining, you’re probably up to doing a little walking too. You’ll see some beautiful terrain, along with a gorgeous waterfall. I’m not sure how many zip lines there are on the island of Hawaii, but you’ll never regret choosing this one.
