I booked with this company using a groupon and got a great deal on a pontoon rental what they dont tell you is that they only have one boat that's available for the groupon. Of course this makes it next to impossible for the boat to be available and was not available during our entire 10 day vacation. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do about this and offered nothing else now I'm fighting with groupon for money back for services that were not received.

So we actually have two boats for Groupon at any time, and sorry they couldnt book during a 10 day period, but that means we must be doing something right. It also CLEARLY STATES on the Groupon site, call first to check for availability. This guy didn't read that and didnt call and then blames someone else for his mistake. Sorry bud, but could have called and happily would have settled this.

We rented the luxury pontoon boat for the day. Super easy online reservation followed by a personal phone call from Chase. All questions answered quickly. Super easy meet up at the marina. Great instructions and overview of the area. We stopped at 3 different beaches and found lots of shells and some sand dollars. Crystal clear warm water. Saw lots of dolphins. Boat was large, clean, and had lots of seating. The sun shade and tables were great. Would definitely rent from here again.

We loved the boat ride on the water. They recommended a really great restaurant to eat lunch at. Communicated with us at all times. Only issue we had was finding where the boat was because it’s in a Marina but we called and it was easily accessible for my handicapped mother!
