I will say during the first ride half way thru we had a great time however once we got off then tried to get back on that was it. We waited at stop 12 welcome center to get back on and a group of 6 skipped us to get on the trolly when we had been waiting 20mins. They lied saying there were their first and when I said NO they weren't, the driver was so rude saying “oh well they were on here earlier so I told them I would pick them back up”. When I told him NO they weren’t first waiting he didn’t care and was being argumentative to me. Never did I expect this from the trolly driver. We had to wait another 10-15mins for another trolly. We wouldn’t recommend again if this is how drivers treat people. Plus it was raining.

My wife and I embarked on the Boston old town trolley tour, and our driver, Crafty, truly elevated the experience. Crafty's exceptional tour guiding skills made the journey twice as enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend both Old Town Trolley and Crafty for an outstanding experience.
