We loved hearing about the history of Boston from the knowledgeable trolley drivers. We liked being able to get off and explore for a bit and then get back on to relax and listen to more information. One downside was that people had opened up the plastic windows during the day, and when we boarded our last trolley around 4:30, most of the windows were open, and it was really breezy and cold. I was able to close the window right next to me, but others were still open, making it a bit uncomfortable. Maybe the drivers could make a point of reminding passengers that they can close the windows so there aren't that many open on chilly early spring days.
