We had a great ferry right to see the Statue of Liberty and got amazing sunset pictures with the Statue. My daughter left her wallet on the ferry with money and gift cards, license, etc in it and the COMPANY RETURNED HER WALLET, MAILED IT TO US WITH EVERYTHING IN IT!!!! WE are so thrilled....what an honest company, cant say enough what a relief!! FIVE STARS IN OUR BOOK!!!

I was travelling with my 17yo daughter and I remembered going this one hour cruise over 20 years ago. It did not disappoint! We paid extra for the premium seats which were more comfy at the front on the first floor deck but you got great views from the whole boat regardless of which seating you had. The tour guide was amazing. He was so knowledgable and made it really interesting and fun. The trip goes past the Statue of Liberty and then returns back so you get to see everything either on the way there or on the way back so you can sit anywhere and not miss anything. An hour was enough for us on this chilly December day as we didn’t want a long day on the boat and you get to see so much anyway. Would definitely recommend this tour company. Very professional.

Terrible. Totally deceptive website. The web site shows all the circle line boats and models. When we got to the Liberty Express, it was a tiny YELLOW WATER TAXI, not a circle line boat. I did not even get on the line because I did not see the Circle Line boat. I asked them where is the Circle Line boat? They said we are merged with Water Taxi now and if you want the big circle line boat you have to take a different cruise. The water taxi is HORRIBLE, it moves and rocks like crazy and makes you sea sick. NOWHERE on their website does it say you will take a water taxi, which you can just take any time in NYC not on a Circle Line cruise, who the hell would sign up and pay money for that? They do not say anywhere on their site that the tour would be on a water taxi, and not a real Circle Line boat. Even on their page which shows their fleet the water taxi is missing. I was so angry I did not take the trip. How insulting nice bait and switch, and it ruined a birthday. This is evil bait and switch tactic, and despicably dishonest.
