Hundreds of manatees make Crystal River their home during the colder months on our Manatee Tour (November 14 - March 31), and some stick around all year to enjoy the refreshing water from Hunter Springs. Our 2 different tour options each give a unique perspective on this incredibly popular location. Come paddle with us!

We just finished a manatee kayaking tour with guide Lacy - we had a wonderful time! She was very knowledgeable, funny, and led us at a great pace. We learned so much about manatees and saw a ton of them! Although it was a chilly morning we got lucky with no wind so it was pleasant and smooth water. They said cold air makes for even better manatee viewing so we got lucky! The clear kayak was comfortable and added to the experience, especially when a manatee would swim right under you. My friend brought her own paddle board and joined the group so that is also an option! 10/10 recommend. We drove up from Tampa and would do it again.

Great paddle on Crystal River. Wintin made it quite interesting! We Saw a lot of manatees as we paddled Clear Crystal river.

Lacy was very knowledgeable about manatees. Was a little disappointed that we didn't see any manatees up close, or under the boat, but guess it can't be predicted when that would happen.
